Would not recommend to anyone. Lost my number, and tacked on an "environmental fee" that I was not made aware of so paid more than quoted. Was a week late from when they told me it would be done.

Dropped off a couple shirts and suits! Came back as expected and nice staff! Will continue to use them.

First and last time using them. They could not get a stain out and my quote was three times what they said it would be. They do not call to let you know it is ready nor did they call or apologize that they could not get the stain out. They didn’t tell me this until I had paid and I was leaving. They simply stick a tag on it, saying they cannot remove it. Also women at till were unprofessional. Will not be returning.

This business cost me a $600.00 sleeping bag. Check out the Better Business Bureau and you’ll find several similar complaints. My incident makes at least one that has yet to be uploaded. Grove Fashion Cleaner's management is not above posting reviews to their own benefit on review sites.

Good prices compared to the city. If u work out here defiantly drop your cleaning off before work.
