It took me 2 weeks to just get the applications processed for an apartment. When they finally got back to me about everything, they didn't inform me that it was a "one" pet limit. Which I know isn't true as I know multiple people in the building with more than one dog and are large dogs. They also failed to inform on any ads or during the application, that there is a $25 monthly pet fee (which isn't that big of a deal, but people need to know this kind of information) There issue was with my terrier mix or "pitbull", even though they have two pitbulls in the same unit. I was persistent on getting them to at least meet my dogs and judge from that, but got nowhere. A completely unprofessional business that is supposed to thrive on customer service, but provides none. Constantly having to call them just to attempt to hear back. If you don't want a specific breed or have a weight limit, that needs to be specified on ads posted on facebook, or on the WBH website.

They are the worst landlord in fort mc. I will never rent from them again

Blatantly refuse to do any maintenance. Rude unprofessional attitude when I pay rent most of the time. This company is a horrible place to live. This past week I've got a notice they are coming to check the heat, didn't even show up. I'm tired of heating my place with the oven. Been doing that since I moved in. Air vents are absolutely disgusting.. I have mold and dust allergies. I have been waking up sick for 3 months. Not to mention that I've been complaining the whole time for 3 years they just won't do their responsibility as building owners. I've recently found out that another tenant was transfered because of his ductwork and it didn't even make him sick. It was because of his worker. Yea well you are breaking the law. It's a nuisance problem. It's in the law. I am very sick because of your negligence. The only nuisance problem they care about is systematically evicting people on disability so they can rent the units out at full price.
