Let me start by saying I have NO issue with wearing a mask and have been doing so since March. However, when your mask is "unacceptable" at an airport, and your only option is to buy one from a vending machine, it make me very angry to have to pay $6.00 for ONE mask!!!! To make it worse, they jammed upon dispensing so I ended up paying $18.00 for 2 masks to get on a quick flight to Edmonton.....shame on whomever owns these machines for completely gouging customers for a necessary item & equally shame on Fort McMurray airport for allowing it.
The staff are very nice, especially this COVID Pandemic Situation, Very politely Guiding and explaining to the passenger for the essential procedures and formalities. I appreciate their dedication and patient.

Very cute and easy to navigate. No complications and the staff were all very friendly. This town might be small but very relaxing. Visit it to relax.
Haven't had any issues with the airport as of yet, its clean, the staff are professional and due to the size getting around is very easy. One thing to note is that they now close at 11:30 p.m. and open at 3:45 a.m. due to Covid-19.
