I placed an order on April 10th for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on May 8, 2020. They do not provide an email or contact form to talk to anyone and you must call a number. The number is never answered and voicemails are not returned. Sadly, the flowers were not delivered and no one will return my calls or pick up the phone. I am definitely disputing this charge on my credit card and going to share my experience here. TERRIBLE! Don't trust your loved ones flowers to this company. You are going to be disappointed.

My mother lives in Sooke, but I have been living in Ottawa for the past six years. Every year for her birthday in August and for Mother's Day, I order a bouquet to be delivered to her from the Flower House. There online delivery system is so easy! There are pictures available to pick out of hundreds of bouquets. I have never been disappointed! Always on-the-ball with delivery. Yearly, my mom is truly touched with her flowers. Thanks to all the florists!
