Beacon Café

The staff are friendly, the tea is great, 4 cheese melt isn't the best thing to order though. Had the smoked salmon bagel a few times and it was much better. One thing I wish they do though - clean the fan grate directly above the till. It looks like the dust/dirt on it is going to fall onto the food and people under it.

Stopped in for lunch while walking around town. Had a sandwich and blended drink. Sandwich was full of vegetables and the best cream cheese. My blended drink was very delicious but not quite what I was expecting, was more of a slightly thicken chocolate milk than a frozen/ice blended drink as the waitress had described. Overall very good, friendly service, busy and clean.

Lovely cozy little cafe/coffee shop. We enjoyed the turkey (real turkey breast not sandwich meat) brie and cranberry toasted sandwiches with cafe lattes and everything was delicious. There are a few small tables outside or a few well distanced inside. We saw them regularly sanitizing surfaces as tables were vacated. They have a lot of scrumptious looking baked goods including slices of various loaves, muffins, carrot cake, squares and a number of extremely large cookies. We were visiting from out of town but it was obvious that this is a very popular cafe with locals.

My wife and I stopped in here every day on our vacation for coffee and the Vegan Peanut Butter bar, and almond coockie. Such and amazing spot, great coffee, food and staff. If you are in the area definatly a must!.

A nice place for take out. The weather was nice so we ate outside at a sidewalk table. The sandwich was very good, not sure I like the way they made my iced Chai latte.
