FRESH CUP ROASTERY CAFE

Have not been to this place for a while because of a very bad customer service experience. A lady named Barb (manager) was very rude. I was a regular at this place (convenient location but people are not friendly) but I still recommended it to my wife. While my wife was waiting to meet a friend, this Barb approached her and told her that if she is not going to order that she should leave. There were other customers waiting and have not ordered but she singled out my wife. A case of racial profile discrimination. Anyone else had the same experience? Never came back and told our friends about that lady.

Beautiful atmosphere! Honestly the best coffee I’ve had, hands down. Love the refreshed patio space. Always the best pastries, and can’t beat their friendly and helpful staff. Also love the ability to order online - what more can you ask for! Will always make a point of stopping here whenever I’m in the area .... can’t say enough good things about the place and it’s owners and staff! Great work, keep it up!

Nice staff and good location, but the fresh brew dark was a bit “weak”. And, due to COVID...you are not allowed to add your own cream...despite asking for just a splash of cream, it is always too much...weakens the coffee even more. They did give us a top up after we drank some of the coffee, but still weak.

Best coffee I have ever had...Hands down! They roast their own coffee there on site so it is always fresh to a different level than anyone ever talks about. Not just fresh made but freshly roasted. I drink their Americano black with nothing added and it almost seems like you are drinking chocolate. Amazing. It is worth the drive from wherever you are.

Of course no more negativity is 'required' in this world, but the energy of this place is definitely is of low vibration & such fact worth being stated for future potential customers.
