I want to commend Lawrence Buckley and the management of Care Funeral Services for exemplifying the type of service I was looking for. During a very difficult time after losing my son to cancer in September of this year. I found the staff and Lawrence showed compassion and concern for my requests. Thank-you Lawrence for making a very difficult time more bearable. When my grandson died you where there at every turn with information and emotional support as we made the difficult choices. The compassion you showed was so very much appreciated. To lose and bury a grandson is so hard and there is no easy way through it all. I work for a elderly couple and she passed away. Lawrence was extremely caring and compassionate. No pressure what so ever, just listened to our concerns and requests and got things done quickly and efficiently. Also very helpful with telling us about other things that would be required. I was skeptical about any funeral service outfit when I stumbled into Care Funeral Services in Sidney, when my mother died last week. Lawrence Buckley took me in hand. He was very calm and helpful and there was absolutely no pressure on anything. My mother just wanted the simplest services and that was fine with Lawrence. There was a delay in obtaining the death certificate and ashes and Lawrence did his utmost to get both to me in a timely manner so that we could carry out our plans. He also gave me excellent advice on what to do next with paperwork and notifications. Thank you Lawrence for helping out at a difficult time.
