My wife, Kaye and I were extremely impressed how, after I came in to your store to show you a picture of the water damage from a poorly installed toilet on our new linoleum due to a poorly installed toilet, you said you would come to the house after work that day to check it out. Then, knowing how incredibly busy you were, you managed to fit us in a very busy schedule to have your guys come out and do the install for us in a timely manner. We are so impressed with your caring, customer service and are VERY happy customers. We cannot recommend more highly the service and quality you and your team provided us. Thank you.

This is how flooring shopping should be. Rick is amazing. He not only knows a ton about flooring but he always spends time to help you find the right product for you and your home and at a fantastic price. I have recommended him to everyone who comments on my flooring and will continue to do so. You cannot go wrong getting him to take a look at your project he won’t try and up sell you and if he thinks you have a better product from elsewhere he will tell you. Great selection, great store and really wonderful people.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the excellent service and quality of work that we received from United Floors in Sidney. Sales manager Rick was so helpful and patient while we took a while to choose the type of flooring. the installers Terry and Doug were such a pleasure to have in our home for the 7 days it took to complete the job. These guys are excellent! they removed all the old hardwood flooring, carpets, tile and linoleum. They worked efficiently and showed lots of consideration for our home. They consulted with us before every step to ensure we were satisfied with their approach. Terry and Doug were professional and respectful and we enjoyed their company. I recommend United Flooring Sidney to everyone local who is considering new floors. Well done United Flooring Sidney! 5 stars and all thumbs up!

My wife and I have been customers at United Floors in Sidney for almost thirty years. Obviously we keep going back. Rick and Wayne are knowledgeable, relaxed and seem to know what we want. Our recent instalation (both carpet and tiles) was painless and the two floors look fantastic. The problem now is we will be shopping for new furniture to keep up with the flooring!
