I don’t even know how this is legal .... in June I got a quote from the hub because my last insurance company had jumped to $550/mo I was quoted $400/mo so I switched July they took a double payment of $1284 the day before I got the paperwork in the mail I flipped I was told they would look into it in August they took $642 I went back canceled the 2 things that seemed like they were higher than the original quote and moved them to another Company within hub I have still been paying $642 up to and including yesterday plus the money to the other company that I moved the other 2 items too 6 months they have said they are backed up just to be clear I don’t think it is the people in the office in Edson they have been kind and courteous and trying to understand but somewhere I am getting royally ripped off
