Tim Hortons

I used to go to Tim Horton's on a regular basis but since they require masks to enter the building I go there less frequently. What gets me is if you sit down to eat, you can remove your mask. This makes sense, because how is one going to eat with a mask on!!! However, in terms of controlling a virus, how is this helping? Makes absolutely no sense to me at all. There is no way to control a virus, its part of life and who we are as a species.

I go to this location fairly regularly, ordering the same thing, and they tend to do a good job and are friendly enough. However, I do NOT like tomatoes and I always ask for no tomatoes in my wrap but 9 out of 10 times I will still end up with tomatoes. I wanted to write this review yesterday as when I got home I found that yet again there were tomatoes but I was encouraged to leave it alone. However, when I got home today and AGAIN found tomatoes in my wrap I had to write this. I understand that these are difficult times, people make mistakes and this may be the least of many people's concerns but its something as simple as this that throws off my day. And if this happens 9/10 times for me I am sure I am not the only one having this issue.

This is newer location of Tim's in William's Lake. The drive through is convenient but expect line ups in the peak hours. Staff tries the best to meet your expectations. Nice clean store for the most visits except in the winter months... you can't just keep up with the muddy shoes and melting snow on the restaurant floor.

Staff are so friendly and it really feels like a place where you can be comfortable and feel at home. Iced Capp machine is a bit of a hit or miss but they have plenty of other tasty drinks to choose from when it's down.

Pretty friendly bunch! Haven't been disappointed yet 😊
