Wishing I could give it a 0 stars. The staff and whoever the owner is really need to reconsider their “covid rules” People can drop off their laundry and pay to have someone else do it. And their laundry comes folded. But for us who do our own laundry, we aren’t allowed to fold anything. Not even a little bit so everything fits into your laundry basket. At $3 per load for a wash and at least 3$ per dry I deserve to have my clothes coming out looking clean. Especially when I’m Doing 3-4 separate loads. Front staff do not wear masks and they seem to have visitors that stand around for a visit drinking coffee. If they’re so worried about covid they should be making the rules fair and logical to EVERYONE. Let your customers fold their laundry and make your staff wear a damn mask.

Honestly, overall the facility is alright. I never have a problem finding a washer or dryer to use. However. The older woman working there was really rude to me for no reason. She wasn’t even somewhat pleasant. It made me very uncomfortable and won’t be coming on evenings I know she’s working. If I could do my laundry somewhere else I totally would. The front staff always seem to have visitors but those of us doing laundry can’t even fold our laundry due to their covid regulations. I wish this wasn’t the only place close by.

If you want to wash, dry and fold your cloths - this is not your place. Due to COVID-19 you can spend your money washing and drying - you just have to leave to fold it. Workers are not in mask, which they should be so you can wear yours and complete your laundry so you don’t have to fold it on the hood of your car in order to have it not all wrinkled and is wearable for work the next day. Also, having gentlemen callers hanging out visiting seems to be okay (in no mask) but folding is not acceptable. Also very overpriced.
