We had an excellent experience with Scott and Asher at our home in Crofton. Scott was able to work us into the schedule very quickly and then was not only prompt, but even a few minutes early. They were very careful with the equipment and very conscientious to be sure that there was no damage to walls or adjacent hardwood areas while progressing through the carpeted areas. We really appreciated the care that was taken. The results are excellent and I don't hesitate to recommend Scott and his team.
Scott was incredibly kind and helped out immensely in a quickly needed turn around time due to medical reasons. At first meeting we knew right away it would be a thorough job and that there could be trust in the service. Absolutely highly recommended.
Scott did a fabulous job on a very tough well-loved carpet. He was professional and courteous. He was able to fit me in as I am handling my mother's estate from afar and had gto catch a flight home. Exceptional work, I highly recommend!
We called this company based on the number of five star reviews listed. We’re equally pleased with our experience. My only complaint is that I wish I contacted them sooner! They were able to get out a red wine stain that was over a year old (that another carpet cleaning company tried to remove but was unsuccessful). I also appreciate that the carpets were barely damp when I came home from work. We highly recommend!
Always an above and beyond service. Scott goes out of his way to tackle every stain challenge with gusto! A little OCD in that regard but that is a plus! Good prices and friendly service. Best in the valley!
