BC Forest Discovery Centre

The train ride was fun! They had a nice puzzle to lead us up to the boarding point. The train meanders through some beautiful forests and lake. They had decorated so well for Halloween. The restrooms across the facility were clean! Friendly staff. Wish the train ride was longer though!

Ex-tree-mely 😉👍 interesting museum! I learned a lot about forestry, in which products wood is used and how Duncan slowly became the village that we now know today. The little train trip through the woods was very interesting too, you can stop at stations, look around, view different old forestry vehicles, barns and old shacks where the workers lived. The museum is definitely a must to visit if you are in Duncan! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in forestry, the history of Duncan.

Great museum with lots to do for the kids. Amazing staff went out of their way to accommodate a special request despite being closed. Well worth the stop.

Great place to hang out for the day. The train is fun and informative. The trails are easy.
