Best people to get cakes for your loved ones. They did an amazing job in making fabulous cakes for my boyfriend’s birthday. I am super happy with their services. They created a great memory for us with their delicious and beautiful cake that we will never forget. They responded to my calls and emails really quick, great work Rachel and team.Highly Recommended. :)

These cupcakes were amazing. We got them for a retirement party at work and everyone loved them. They were both beautiful and tasty. Moist and light some found the icing sweet but I thought it was perfect. Price point is high but that seems to be the going rate these days. If your looking for a great treat this is a win in my experience. One star missing due to some lack in customer service. It may be difficult to get a hold of people at the bakery and to get confirmation.

We got our custom engagement cake from them and it was superb all over with looks and taste. They worked hard on our figures for the cake. Amazing experience.

I ordered two custom cakes for my graduation and birthday and they turned out absolutely perfect. They made it exactly as the pictures I sent them. The customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this bakery.

To begin with, I am deeply disappointed in the customer service, I would not order through email. I honestly don’t understand why they have that as an option when they tell you when you go in, to call to place an order. Because my order was never confirmed, I had to go to Safeway because I was stuck with no cupcakes. It’s frustrating because I was trying to support a local business and didn’t want to go to Safeway. I also found the staff very unfriendly when I went in to talk to them. She had absolutely no interest is trying to help me out. There was also very minimal pre made cupcakes which is interesting considering how bad they are at confirming orders. You would think they would at least have more options for last minute orders (I ordered 48 hours before hand for 12 cupcakes). I have been ordering from here for a few years now without an issue but after today I will not be coming back.
