When you have to make this difficult journey, do yourself the kindness of having someone like Jeremy May at your side. He is both empathetic and genuinely caring, and will help you navigate a sea of choices whether you are ill prepared or not. When we lost a beloved family member, He made himself available at a moment's notice (even on a holiday!) and treated us with genuine concern and consideration. He is a very experienced guide that will listen patiently and advise from a place of judgement and experience, and he deserves the highest recommendation. Thank you for your kindness Jeremy, and the solace.

I would just like to say that the staff at Elements and particularly Godwyn Young were so very kind and supportive as we dealt with the arrangements after my husband's death. Godwyn was not only very professional but also very patient and understanding as we made the decisions about how we wanted to honour my husband's wishes regarding his cremation. We never felt any pressure from him and Godwyn was just a phone call away if we had any questions. I actually was able to recommend Elements Cremation to a close neighbour who was dealing with a recent death as well and his experience was just as easy and positive as what we experienced.
