Phase II Auto Detailing

Had a great experience today taking my car into Norman and the team at phase two. I had a scratch on my passenger door that they took care off. They also cleaned the outside and it was spotless! very nice people and great service. Looking forward to going back in the new year for the gold package.

I have used Phase II multiple times now. I am very impressed each time with the level of service and quality of the finished product. We run a local Auto Repair shop and have referred them many times. They have always accommodated us to fit in with our customers schedule! Very friendly people to deal with!! I don't usually post reviews, but since I am still finding wax on my car two months after the fact, I am going to write a review. While the people are very friendly, I will NOT ever go back. Here is what happened... When my car was supposedly done, I went to look at it in their lot. I noticed that it was NOT done. So, I stood there with a few of the employees and pointed out how the tires were missed, how there was wax all over the car that had yet to buffed out. And I mean everywhere! Sunroof, decals, door jams, trunk, etc. I started pointing this all out..."What about here. And this needs to be done". And so on. After about 15 minutes of this, I paid over $300 and went home. I then did some further inspection on my own. And sure enough, there was still a lot of wax that had been missed and a lot of swirl marks. So, I took out my pressure washer and for the next 30 minutes I tried to get most of the wax off. I was not happy about this. They claim to be a premium detail shop and the cost backs that up. I should not have had to finish off their bad and incomplete detail. It was called the GOLD package. I would call it THE NOT SO GOLD PACKAGE. I called the owner a few days after, since I was still finding wax in the crevices! I went back to his shop, took time off work, and drove the 25 minutes it takes to get there. Not impressed. He re-washed the car and took some time to finish off the detail. No offer for a refund. Even a partial one. Nothing. Zip. Zero. I noticed that they seem to have lots of younger people working there. I was surprised by this especially since they claim to be such a premium service. It's not that young people can't do a very good job, they CAN. But, they have to be trained to do that! The owner mentioned that he did not look at my car before it left the lot. HE needs to start doing that! And EVERY CAR! All in all, I would never go back. There are much better places to go to and for less money. BTW. My profession has nothing to do with this. Nice try to play that card. I paid a lot of money for a service that was very poorly done. Period. And since you ask, "Why a review 6 weeks later?" Because I am still cleaning up wax on my car from decals and crevices. This is not a personal attack on you, but, I have a right to post a review based on my experience of your company. This has nothing to do with my profession.

Honestly, sometimes I think "I should just do it myself and save the money," but then I take my car to Phase II, get it back, and am always blown away. They do a better job than I ever could, and it's worth every penny. I get the silver detail on my vehicle (usually every year,) and it keeps the interior looking brand new. Even with the "toddler mess" on the inside! Thanks for the great job, guys!
