I highly recommend this place for any and all alterations! They've done a dress for a Christmas party that had a lot of sequins and was complicated. They did an amazing job and they are very reasonably priced. They also did my wedding dress on very short notice, they got it done in one day and it was flawless! And it only cost $45! They are amazing, I will always bring everything I need altered to them and I trust them 100%

The alterations and repairs that I have taken in the last few months have been completed in a timely and reasonably priced manner. The work was very well done.

Terrible job. I took two curtain panels into be hemmed. Simple job. The hem on one is completely crooked the other is half an inch shorter than the requested length. How hard is it to hem curtains straight and at the same length? The hem isn't even clean the material is sheer and she folded the material in on itself and you can see the material bunched in the bottom of the curtain. I paid $35 for this? I would have been better to use some fabric glue and done it myself. No professionalism and no skill as sewing. She didn't show her work when I picked them up. Don't waist your money here. She can't sew a straight line an does shotty work. I asked for a refund. Not even to cover the cost of my curtains. They want me to bring them back to fix them. I'm not confident that they can do the job properly. I called again to request a refund and to speak to the owner. I advised them that I wish to have a refund due to the poor quality work. Billing me for say 30 mins work doing maybe 10. That's time thief. The woman keeps interrupting and talking over me and will not listen. I have decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau. **update. So I spoke to the owner Mike and he assured me that they could fix the problem. Was adamant that their reputation was important to them. He convinced me to let them try. I ask him to see the quality of the workmanship himself and he said he would like to. We setup an appointment for 5 days later. I showed up for our appointment but Mike didnt. I never got a phone call and he wasted 5 days of time that I could have gotten my curtains done somewhere else. When I complained about not getting a call I was told "he is very busy", and what I'm not? Apparently too busy to see to his business, quality of workmanship and customers. I finally got my money back at least. So I stand by my very poor review. Don't bother going here they can't sew a straight line (apparently because "the fabric is difficult", it's linen cotton by the way) and have poor customer service even at the management level.

I gave a suit and shirt for dry cleaning and when I went back to get it, before the 30 day guarantee ended, they denied having the suit and shirt and said I already came and took it. I misplaced the yellow slip the first time I went to pick up my clothes but I found it and went back the second time with my slip. The lady working there once again started denying the fact that the clothes were in the shop and said she gave them to me already and I requested to keep the yellow slip, even though it had no use after I "picked up the clothes", which is why I had the yellow slip now. I tried to explain that I did not come in to get the clothes yet and requested that they look in the back, the clothes were most likely there. The lady went to the back rack, moved a few clothes around and came back and told me she did not have the clothes. The lady did this for both of my visits to pick up my clothes and said that I was mistaken and she clearly remembered me picking up the clothes. She proceeded to produce the original slip she wrote the day I gave my clothes for drycleaning and said that slip was evidence that she gave my clothes back to me. After about 20 minutes of me saying I did not take my clothes yet and 2 visits, she said I can go into the shop and look for myself. I went in and found the clothes on the very first rack in about 3 minutes with my name and receipt still attached to them. The lady then continued to apologize but all in all I wasted two trips and my time trying to convince the lady that my clothes were there, when it should have been a simple pick up after showing her my yellow slip.
