Extremely clean. Everyone who works there is nice. All the machines work. The space isn't too cramped, it's comfortable. There's parking at the front or the back. The service is the reason I prefer this to the other laundromat's located less than 5 minutes away.
I've been going to this laundry mat for 12 yrs. Very clean and efficient!
Came here on Sunday and the owner was asleep the entire time we were here. Who does that. Very unprofessional. Will not come back!
This is a great laundromat as they are very friendly and they walk around keeping the place clean and giving you the occasional candy even. Awesome people with a great location downtown Cloverdale. I'm sure you have seen this laundromat in some movies or TV shows as they film lots on this street.
These people are so wonderful! My husband got his suits dry cleaned and I had a newborn at home and was not able to pick up his clothing for him as he is busy working. The lady that works there offered to deliver his suits at our house as we literally live down the street. Such great, caring people. I completely forgot to leave a review for this business as I am busy with my baby.. happy I remembered 3 months later!
Excellent customer service.. went above and beyond our expectations.. we will definitely be going here over and over.
