Recently purchased a 2021, 2500 High Country from this dealership. The sales experience was exceptional from Scott (sales advisor) & Jim (sales manager). I felt that my business was valued and the customer experience was very important to the dealership & the sales team. The new store is 1st class, well worth the drive from Calgary! I expect the service experience to be much the same.

Just bought a Colorado ZR2 yesterday and am extremely happy with my purchase. Hands down the best vehicle I have owned from the way it drives to all of its features. I was given incredible service from the sales manager Jim Findlay and Gregory Cyr in finance. Jim spent countless hours getting me the best price he possibly could for my vehicle I was trading in. Jim made the whole experience enjoyable and has an amusing and witty personality which takes a lot of stress out of making a large financial investment. Gregory in finance was extremely open and honest with everything I was signing and took the time to make sure I fully understood what I was agreeing to. He also took the time and care to get me incredible prices on 3M and undercoating for my new truck. Hands down will never deal with anyone other than the team at Cochrane GM ever again when purchasing vehicles!

Every other dealership that I have been to could learn a lot Jim Findlay and the awesome team at Cochrane GM. Best automotive customer experience I have ever had and I have been in many , many dealerships. Jim went above and beyond in every step of the sales process getting me the perfect truck at a great price. I can't recommend them enough!

Where does one actually begin, from the moment this dealership opened they have been absolutely incredible. The staff are extremely friendly and Jim Findlay goes above and beyond as always. I drove all the way here simply to replace the battery in my key fob because I know I'll get incredible customer service. Lyndon, the service advisor, was also extremely helpful in helping me plan out my next vehicle service. This is definitely the best dealership where you will get the best customer service.
