Monica is truly an amazing travel agent. She genuinely cares about every single one of her travelers, and made our life SO easy for the month we were backpacking! She planned our month to Switzerland, Italy, and Portugal (completely her recommendation and boy it was amazing!) and she came in UNDER BUDGET! Every single detail of your trip is meticulously thought about when Monica helps you, everything from included breakfasts, to making sure we could get from the airport to our accommodations easily! She booked us some amazing hostels, hotels, and B&B's and thankfully talked us out of staying in hostels the entire month, which we were super grateful for because we loved having a private room! Monica is so knowledgeable about travelling and will plan you your absolute dream trip!

Monica helped me plan a very specific itinerary for a 4.5 week trip of a lifetime to Italy. My family is Italian and I am a seasoned traveler myself but this is one trip that I knew I needed an expert’s help to plan. Monica is extremely knowledgeable in her field and demonstrates an unbelievable amount of patience through every step of the planning process. She ensures that you feel comfortable with everything and are fully prepared for each part of your trip, answering millions of questions and addressing all inquiries. She helped me book various flights, train tickets, tours, airport transfers, hotels and even gave me maps & restaurant recommendations. I am halfway through my trip and even now, making last minute changes due to an additional person joining us on the trip! Monica acted quickly to ensure all the hotels knew of the additional occupant and booked all other necessary flights and train tickets. I can’t thank Monica enough for all of the changes I’ve made for this trip. She is truly incredible and there is no one else I would recommend to help you with your vacation plans! Monica helped our family with a trip to Italy and Portugal in 2018. It is a huge undertaking to put a 3 week travel plan together.
