Waited 5 days for them to get back to us regarding something we needed to clean...never got an anwer back (even if we showed up 2 times in person to do a follow up). All of this for at the end being told they can't do anything. DON'T COUNT ON THEM...very disappointed to see that they can't pick up the phone to do a very simple follow up.
