I’ve seen better power in a Colombian Slum

Power outage and no person to talk too. 12 hours and still waiting and they want to increase our rates in rural areas and yet we have longer wait times. I dont believe the money that goes into general revenue for city of Nelson equates to rural area increases for same service.

They're a smaller power supplier and do their best to help when something goes amiss

Third world countries have more reliable power! Another outage up the lake - this time from a gentle rain. City of Nelson, it’s time to fix this!

Unreliable services, monopolistic pricing attempts, no humans answering phones... Terrible
