Aldo's Cleaners & Laundry Service

Took my husband suite in and the "lost" it. No aplogizes or even a offer to replace.

1st time I went to Aldo's it was to have a white lab coat cleaned. When I got it back, it was as if they hadn't cleaned it: stains on the collar were still present, coffee stains still present, stains and dirt on the sleeve cuff from collecting whatever may have been on multiple brushes with countertops and desktops were still present. I bleached and washed, and ironed the lab coat at home and it came out good as new! I did a better job than what I had paid Aldo's to do initially. But, I didn't call and let Aldo's know, since I figured it may have been an oversight on their part, and I felt I should have checked the lab coat before paying and leaving. I had taken for granted that the job would have been done. 2nd time I went to Aldo's it was a few years later, when I needed to have a long black dress cleaned, and was told it would be ready for pick up by Saturday noon. I arrived around 1 to pick it up, to be told they had forgotten to clean it and to give them a few hours and they'd call me when it was ready. I called before they closed since I hadn't heard back yet, and I needed the dress before they closed for the holidays. Called a couple more times, no answer. Left a message, but did not receive a return call or message. Finally, spoke with Robert today, and my concerns were brushed off with an indifferent and nonchalant attitude I've rarely (thankfully) encountered in a business owner in the service industry. I am baffled and disappointed by these experiences, and saddened that this business owner has chosen to take the approach he had, and I'm afraid if this is the customer service I'm to expect, then unfortunately, I would not be recommending their services at this time, nor will I be returning.

Did a great job on my comforter and were super friendly when I went in to pick it up even though I'd left it for a while.
