Steve was awesome and provided excellent service. We rented those machines from grocery stores before and gave up thinking some stains were permanent, after 5 mins of Steve using their special machine and non toxic spray, the stains were gone. These guys are the best and know their stuff ! Thanks Steve and West Kootenay Cleaning.

Steve from West Kootenay Cleaning Supplies gave my "new to me" couch a cleaning. The couch had a strong smoke odour hanging on and some stains. They replied quickly after being contacted and did a fantastic job within the next couple of days. Accommodating and professional at a reasonable price! I would highly recommend this company! Rachel

These guys are terrific. They come when they say they are going to. Their work is great--removed stains that could not be removed by others. Wouldn't use anyone else!

We are probably one of the last businesses on baker St to have carpet... and my how badly we needed a good deep clean! Steve and Pete got our whole store done in one hour, with minimal drying needed and no bad smells the next day for open! Thanks boys!! Will definitely be doing this more often!

White carpet ! Ugh, we were thinking we may have to replace them. Steve cleaned them and basically saved them. Totally impressed with these guys.
