Ms. Ajit is very knowledgeable salesperson. Very good collection of beds.
Overall happy with the quailty of the furniture from Factory Direct Furniture. The majority of the furniture they sell is Made In Canada. The 2 peices I bought were made in Canada (couch from Calgary and chair from Toronto area) and overall happy with quailty of contruction. The wood is sturdy and the fabric feels expensive. Far superior than the couch we bought from The Brick that seemed to fall apart in a few months.
I went with my adult son who was looking to purchase a bed. Manager was great, not pushy and we came away woth a fabulous deal on a Queen Sealy mattress and box spring that was delivered to our house within a couple of hours. I have bought a dresser from here before snd got a great deal then too. I will be back.
They don't know how to do business they advertise a price and then tried to say that a chair had to be bought as well you would think that a set is just that a set we will be taking our business to Prince George at least there we have options like price match guaranteed Mackenzie get with it stop trying to rip people off instead try dealing with the people of the town. P.S don't shop here
