Kevin's No Frills

I have been a loyal customer for years. The staff are great, very friendly and they leave me with a smile everytime.They will go above and beyond whenever possible for their customers. The prices and selection are really good and I would recommend Kevin's No Frills to all!

I do my main grocery shopping at this store and find most of what I buy there. The bone i have to pick is the lack of single cans of PC cat food. When they were available which was before COVID the pickings were slim!! Now for the last at least 6 months there have been none. I have been forced to either buy the 12 pack at just under 7.00 or go to superstore in Penticton! I think the operator should be restocking these as much as Fancy Fiest for instance!! Not impressed

Went to Kevins No Frills today to be disappointed. The cleaning and sanitation practices are not being followed by this store at all. I watched customer after customer use the pin pads at the check out not being sanitized and worst of all the carts out front, nor the baskets in the store are not being sanitized after each use either. The sign out front indicates they are being cleaned but I watched out front for 30 mins in my car and the carts were used repeatedly by customers without any sanitizing contrary to their sign. During the epidemic use Buy Low as their cleaning practices are second to none.

There was a super karen as floor manager. Little does she know, i was a corporate secret customer.. she must hate every picker that lives around kelowna
