Kamloops Alternatives was amazing to work with through such a painful time in my life. Kim went above and beyond for me and my family when my sister passed away. She was always one step ahead of me and was so helpful. I am truly grateful for the kindness, care, and compassion I felt when going there and talking with them. 100% recommend❤️

From the moment we new my grandmother's death was soon Kim and her staff were there ready to offer support. Unaware of how the process worked Kim answered my questions with much care and compassion. Kim made the steps after her passing smooth and we all felt so much peace. Alternatives gracious professionalism helped make this closure one that is filled with love and honour for our family matriarch.

If there were a higher rating we would give it. Kim was so helpful, so compassionate and extremely informative when we were dealing with the sudden passing of Mom. We walked in with a foggy mind and walked out with a level of relief that we were so grateful for. There was no pressure, no rush and no impatience for our particular reaction. After all was said and done, she continued to guide our path with little nuggets of wisdom and experience both of which were so appreciated. The biggest thing for us, was that she “got” our family.
