Simpson Car Wash

Paid for the premium wash. The machine sprayed my truck with water for about 20 seconds then just turned off. I decided to pay again and see if it would work. The machine ran for the entire cycle the second time, but still left my truck dirty. Just not a good wash. I tried calling them ( since nobody is on site) to ask for a refund ( just on the first wash, even though the second was garbage too). I left a message, and never heard back. I tried calling again a week later. Left another message, still no reply. Tried a 3rd time another week later. Still no reply. This place has stolen my money now.

We are back in canmore for good! This car wash facility has never change, dirty surroundings, poor amount of car soap and wax. It was literally all water that's coming out of the spray gun

Nice , clean and convenient. My car was clean for the price of a toonie.

Good amount of time for $2. We had an issue one time where the machine didn't work but took our money. The staff refunded us after a few days. The water pressure may be a tiny bit weaker than other car washes. *Update, I didn’t point this out but this car wash is somewhat poorly maintained. The part that allows you to pull the hose around your vehicle typically gets stuck. Another thing is that today i tried washing the car but the handle sprayed the soap all over my hand! I will take my business elsewhere.
