My partner and I go to laundry mat once a week. Always greeted with a smile. A story. And quick prompt service. We use the triple or double loaders and then the dryers. We love coming to McCleaners. New to Kamloops. We feel very comfortable and welcomed at this establishment. Clean and sanitized according to safety protocols.

Brought in a $900 suit in for same-day service. When I went to pick it up, no one could find it. With a business trip planned out of town, I was running around Kamloops on a Friday night at 7 pm to each location trying to find it myself. The business owner couldn't be bothered, saying there's nothing she could do. She lives an hour out of town and too bad, so sad. I found it myself in the North Shore when the employee allowed me to look around. It was laying in the middle of the floor in a crumpled up mess. Well, at least I got my suit back.
