Mike and Lemon Fresh have been cleaning our carpets for years. They always get out the tough stains and do a professional job. I always recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

After Lemon Fresh Carpet Care was voted best carpet cleaners in Kamloops for the second year in a row by the independent survey conducted by Kamloops This Week, I decided to put out a special for cleaning upholstery at 20% off! One lady called and booked an appointment to have her sofa and love seat cleaned and when I called her just prior to going to her residence at the appointed time, she cancelled without a single word of apology. Then when I asked if she could provide a reason for cancelling so late she accused me of being rude and hung up the phone. She has never met me nor has she even talked to anyone in my company. I have been doing business as a carpet cleaner in Kamloops for twenty years and have never encountered any criticism of this sort. I try to be respectful and courteous to all of my customers.

Was late to the job. Unprofessional. Quoted me $140 over the phone. Jacked the price at the end without notifying me to $168. Do not recommend this guy at all!
