Concord First General Kamloops

If you happen to have one of these kind of experiences this is the company you want. Justin was at my house 20 mins after I called and was wonderfully supportive. Matt and Clay were there very quickly and did an amazing job of opening everything up and getting it dried. They were all very professional and the quality of the work is excellent. Highly recommended!

He made sure to hear all my concerns and express sincere remorse for how things were done. He went above and beyond to make things right! It says a lot about a business when they can go so far to make sure their customers are happy even if mistakes were made! Thank you to Justin and his team for their integrity, sincerity and determination to remedy this situation.****** I really dislike having to write a poor review, but after numerous attempts to try to rectify our dissatisfaction with Concord I felt I had no other options. They were called to our home after we had a water leak from upstairs main bath. We had significant issues around communication right from the first day they were on site. 1. They required some payment upfront before starting work with the promise that I would receive bill and detailed invoice that day by email. It has been almost a month since they first came and I have yet to receive anything except the till receipt from their debit machine (They never even left a card). After I asked to have a break down of the costs (which they only briefly showed me on their ipad), it was discovered they had over charged us. And after asking several times for refund, we are still waiting for refund. 2.They promised to return every day to check on fans and drying process for our leak. The very first day after they came to install fans we did not hear anything from them. When I called, it seemed as if I was a nuisance but was assured that someone would be by within 2 hours. No one showed. I called after an hour of no one showing and they didn't even apologize, just stated that they were really busy. They repeatedly would book times to come by and check on equipment and drying process and they would either change the time last minute or no one would come (which was extremely frustrating to plan around). Constantly telling me that they were too busy and over worked. 3. We were promised a quote to rebuild after everything was dry. However, we are still waiting for that quote, surprise, surprise. We have tried over the last several weeks to contact them, but are constantly told that someone will call us back but no one does. This has all been very unfortunate as we felt we paid a lot of money for their service, but was constantly having to call and remind them to complete the work they promised from day one. We very much felt taken advantage of during the stress of having a leak in our home. We definitely would not recommend their services.

Great service. Justin was very quick to respond to my call and assessed the problem right away. He told me how to take care of it and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I certainly recommend Concord to other home owners.

It's so important that you have people you can trust, and I can't say enough positive things about Concord First General in Kamloops. They are great people that love what they do, they love helping people, and they will go above and beyond. I have in the past, and will continue to refer them to all of my clients because I know they will be looked after. When there is a disaster and you need help, these are the kind of people you want to have your back.

Great bunch of guys. They were fast reliable and honest. Definatly recommend their service. Wish we had more service like this in town.
