The Brick Outlet

Myself and my wife have always shopped at the brick outlet. We met a sales rep (Rosalie) who helped us and went above and beyond to make us happy by making the sale and we were extremely satisfied. We came back again a year later about a week ago to find her still working there and again left the outlet store happily as she assisted us and actually remembered us like we remembered her which is a great feature when you remember your customers. Just for that reason, we will always come back knowing she will assist us and help us purchase what we want and get peace of mind through out the whole purchase experience. She also knows her products, that is for sure as she would advise us on what to get and how good of a quality items are compared to others! Keep up the great work Rosalie and i am sure you will see us again very soon!

Purchased sectional over a month ago, was asked to wait for a month for the delivery which was okay with us. In a month I phoned to check and was told not all pieces are in and the last piece will be in later. I was told delivery will be in a week and was okay with it. Next day I got a phone call saying all pieces were in and ready for delivery. Night before the delivery I checked conformation and noticed 5 pieces on confirmation instead of 6. I asked person from live chat and was informed we are missing one piece so they will just deliver 5 out of 6. I asked not to deliver part of the sectional and just wait for all the pieces. I insisted even though they were telling they will bring the last piece later. Week after I got a phone call saying all pieces were in. I checked confirmation and it showed 6 pieces. When team arrived they did not have all pieces in, the 6th piece on the confirmation was cleaning kit that was added there and the console is still missing. Delivery team was nice and not their fault but extremely frustrating to not receive a full order after I specifically asked not to deliver until complete. I cannot believe they just added cleaning kit to make order seem complete. Customer service rep phoned and said it is due to Covid-19 they were at first missing left recliner and after missing a console and could not let me know ahead of time that they are missing pieces. Just unacceptable. Asked to cancel and not to deliver console and was told that I have to go to the store asap to do this. I explained that I am at work and it is challenging for me to go there now but was told this is the only way. After I went online to the chat and they canceled it online for the store credit. Unacceptable experience. The person who phoned me was not even sure if I got anything received and could not answer a single question.

This was the last of my 5 store shopping experience. Prices seem high at first but after seeing the competition it's obviously quality. Cheaper discount stuff was there. Friendly helpful staff, eager to find information for you I bought a table chairs and a new love seat. Overall I'm very happy and will be returning to check out those discount items.

If you’re in the need for anything from the Brick Outlet, talk to a young gentlemen by the name of Lucky. Such a pleasure dealing with someone who completely understands customer service. This was our fourth stop of the day and must say this was our last. Would definitely deal there again simply because of the positive experience this gentlemen provided while we were there.

We went to this Brick Outlet location (1250 St James) and within seconds found a couch that met our needs. Not only was finding a couch easy, but affordable. The sales consultant (Rosalie Borja) went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quick and easy shopping experience!
