Angel taught me which shoes would fit me best. I knew I needed wide shoes, but never went out of my way to get some. Today, she went out of HER way to show me some shoes that would be best for me. They felt amazing, and I felt like I was being treated great.
She definitely deserves more than what she is getting now.
decent prices shoes, but you get what you pay for. pay $50 for a pair of shoes and thats what you get. aching feet and shoes good for 2 months đ
Angel provided amazing customer service. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgable. She should start a Youtube channel! - Please give her a raise as she definitely goes above and beyond to assist customers.
My Daughter and I were in polo park Sept 30 2020 looking for a pair of crocs, we live Out of town land have been looking for months for a pair and had been unsuccessful....famous footwear was suggested to us from another shoe store in polo park as they did not have any crocs either. It was just minutes after 7pm when we approached Famous Footwear only to find their barricade up they were putting their last costumer thru the til.... their store hours clearly posted that they were closed at 7 pm...however when sales clerk realized we were from out of town she let us in and gave us exceptional service ,assisted us with sizing and choices . My Daughter and I left extremely happy and over the moon impressed with our experience , my Daughter walking out with her Brand new pair of Bright Yellow lined crocs, along with 3 adorable pop in decorations for her crocs....we canât thank You enough ... we will be back and will be spread the word
Dana was quite nice. But otherwise honestly big selection of shoes at a pretty decent price, got some Van's buy one get one half so I got 2 pairs for just over 100$ which is a pretty good deal
