Central Taxi Inc

There is one phone dispatcher that is very rude and just plain ignorant. The drivers can't even stand him. I called this morning 7:50 to make sure I don't miss my dentist appointment, now it's 9:27 AM and I'm surely missing my appointment to get my very painful tooth fixed. Thanks alot Central Taxi Inc for making me miss another appointment. You guys should get your dispatcher some professional training

So we are in the middle of a global pandemic and my vehicle was getting fixed. Needed a lift to pick it up, was told multiple times (even after clearing it with police) that MY NEEDS WERE NOT ESSENTIAL!! Was forced to run 12 Km to get my car back. Which was allowed back accross the bridge with zero issues. I'm glad your phone operators know more about what's allowed THAN THE POLICE!!!! Screw this company if I could give zero stars I would.
