Weekday crews are great. Weekend crews not so great. A coffee the way you ordered it seems to be to much. This for me is not a one time problem. Other than coffee, they are usually good.

I went through drive thuru and my experience was terrible! First the lady taking orders didn’t listen to the order properly. I ordered two ice coffees with only one pump of liquid sugar. I get to the second window they have to remake them. Should of got it right the first time. Then I get on the highway and notice there was only 1 hash brown when I ordered 3. Your staff need to pay more attention!!!!! Paid for food I didn’t get.

Ordered a specific hot drink, was given a completely different drink of lesser value without warning. When I asked them why, they said they didn't have the drink I ordered. I asked for a refund and was denied. I paid for a drink I didn't receive and worst of all, they weren't even going to tell me.

Went in for lunch. Front garbage can overflowing with garbage onto the floor. Headed to use the washroom and there was soiled toilet paper in the dining area, and the woman’s washroom had large piles of toilet paper visibly soiled with stool on the floor in all stalls, around the sink and stool smeared on 2 toilets. Called their phone number from the dining area to let me them know and ended up leaving and getting lunch at the tims next door. In a time when the public health minister is considering restricting shopping/store activity you would think hygiene would be more of a priority and safety concern.
