Efficient processing, quick repair, car looked new when returned, Nicolle explained the whole process before the repair and kept us updated daily on the progress. Looked after all details including our car rental. Very knowledgeable on all facets of the operation answering all our questions accurately. Her pleasant disposition was an added bonus during this time. Highly recommended.

I was in a rear ended collision and had many questions prior to booking an appointment. There are so many Autobody. Who and how does one decide who and where to take their car. CSN was able to take me in last minute during covid and make me feel at ease dropping off my car at a schedule time. They Gave me a quote and advised I can decide on whether I want to stay with them or go elsewhere when insurance was contacted. I didn’t feel pressured that I had to stay with them, like how some Autobody would make you feel. They took detailed pictures of the extensive damage underneath the bumper which if you were to just look at the bumper looked minor . Me not knowing anything about cars, they explained what each part does and the damaged involved. They dealt directly with my insurance company and car rental company Throughout the whole process. They were quick in their responses whenever I contacted them. Prior to during and after my repair. In addition during the three week repair, sent me follows ups to keep me informed even though they knew insurance would /should. Thank you CSN. I’m so happy I came there and my car is perfect again. I really appreciate all the help.
