Very dissatisfied with my drive-thru experience, I'm on a long-haul home and wanted to get an ice cap and yes I understand with the coronavirus and everything procautions we have to take but I refuse to live in a cashless Society or to do business with any other business that does not accept are legal Tender. Never had a problem at the onroute itself and any other on route along the 400 series and I know on this trip alone I paid cash at Tim Hortons onroutes no problem

Cant understand me I can understand them, they talk over you when trying to order, never tell you your total until the window. Then finally get to pick up my order and they don't take cash. I just left. I have tried many times to give this location a try but just cant do it anymore. Lucky they have a captive customer base, they wouldn't last 2 months without it. needs serious corporate help.

They have no selection and the staff acts like they would rather be somewhere else.

Prices here are way higher than every other Tims in Ontario. $3.75 in town for ice cap with caramel. $4.35 here. Someone is skimming the register?

Poor customer service, $2.64 for an extra large coffee that costs $2.30 every other Tim Horton’s when asked why it’s .34 more I was told “it’s a convenience fee.”, and they don’t participate in the Tim’s Rewards Program. I fail to see how it is any more convenient than stoping at Norwich Ave Tim Horton’s in Woodstock or the Tim Horton’s on Hwy 10 in Ingersoll. It will be the very last time I stop here I grantee that! Wish the was a -5 star rating.
