A disaster! I have repeatedly called Environmental Management and the Mayor's Office to see if they can come and collect the pile of logs, branches and garbage that ICE dumped in front of my house after weeding - and almost destroying - a centennial mango located in the northeast corner of the sports plaza ,. But after minutes and minutes of a weary little music, I get that "there is no one to answer the call" AND with the operator Io himself. I wonder: where are they? How do they justify their wages if they can't even answer calls? Is that the kind of taxpayer service they can offer?
