Terrible service. Employees are irresponsible and say that customers are lying. In my experience, an order was placed at 8-9 in the morning that had to be delivered between 10-11 in the morning of the same day. When I went to the store at 12:40 pm, the order had not even been listed and they also said that the person who ordered it (an older adult) had indicated that it was not urgent when this is totally false. No other hardware store in Turrialba had done this.
