Premier Dental Care Center

I've been a patient of Premier for years, and I love them! I've had cleanings, fillings, and whitenings. They do great work, and their staff is amazing. I highly recommend Premier!

After having a tooth ache in Jaco I decided to see a dentist. Chaves Dental Clinic could not schedule an appointment for 3 to 4 weeks. So, after walking in on Wednesday, I received an appointment for the next day at Premier. Cassafont did an exam for $50 and x-ray for an additional $50. He said I had a tooth infection and might need a root canal. Cassafont prescribed an antibiotic and anti inflammatory. The pharmacy next door charged an additional $100 to fill the prescription. Then 5 days later I came back to see what to do next. The following Thursday a different specialist determined that I had a cracked tooth and pulled the loose part out. We talked at some length about my options. Basically, I wanted an implant after pulling the rest of the tooth. Implants were quoted at $850 each and 4 months later crowns would cost $900 each. I waited in the office a moment while I made a call to Prisma Dental in San Jose. Prisma is where I have gone for cleanings in the past. Prisma quoted $780 for Implants and $680 for Crowns. I asked Premier if they could match the price and they could not. So, I explained that the 2 Implants I wanted were going to be $600 less at Prisma Dental in San Jose and I would have to go there. If I would have been allowed to leave without further payment, I may be leaving a 4 or 5 star review. However, Premier wanted an additional $80 without pulling the broken tooth that I felt should have been diagnosed earlier or at least included in the $200 I had already spent. Despite everyone being really friendly, and the accessible service, I spent a total of $280 and was sent home with a broken tooth. Nothing was accomplished. I still need my tooth pulled. And, my prescription is gone. Nothing left for pain.

Very friendly staff, beyond professional. Take great care performing their work and excellent hygiene Of their facility. Oh ya, with the quality of service provided almost forgot about how reasonably priced they are.
