THE WORST SERVICE! Yesterday I went to Uva Salón to “take advantage” of the nanoplasty promotion with a friend; she does nanoplasty frequently, I had not done it for about 2 and a half years but I remember the process very well. To begin with, they scheduled more people than they were able to serve (serve in a good way and giving a good service - because with this I am not saying that they are not good, but I do think that the situation that they created themselves caused them to do a terrible job. work) then they did not comply with the regulations of the health ministry, if someone reported that, the room would be closed. Also, while I waited an hour with the product on my hair, there was a lady with her son EATING INSIDE THE SALON! Although the stylists are not at fault, it is their responsibility to maintain order and follow protocols within the salon. ******* THE PRODUCT WAS DILUTED !! I know the product, I have already had nanoplasty and I know that it is thicker than whatever they applied to me, assuming it really is nano. The nano is applied to completely dry hair - the lady who applied it to me, after washing my hair, it was half dried and that's why my hair was damp (very wet) when she applied the product - they are supposed to iron the hair with the product on, wait 1h, wash and then iron again. But no, after applying the nano, I waited an hour, they washed and ironed and that's it. Here, two stylists dried my hair, one of them brought the dryer too close to me at the same point and repeatedly burned me. After a blue haired boy joined me to iron my hair saying that I was very lucky because not everyone has 3 stylists at the same time (they did this to finish faster because they had a mess and excess customers, again, their fault is not mine) in addition to criticizing my eddies (at first it was funny, the third time it fell bad) and THEY WANTED TO TAKE MY HAIR FROM THE SKULL! I tolerate that suddenly one or two hairs are pulled out because they remain on the iron or something like that, but this is different, the pain I felt was due to the excessive force with which this boy pulled my hair when the iron passed, so much that my scalp was swollen and red when I got home (only on the right side that he took care of). I decided to cut my ends and the girl asked me if I cut my bangs, I told her not much, which she respected, but she left me like a piece of hair in front of everything without grace that now I have to see how I fix it, that's not a fringe, she just passed the scissors. And even with all this AWFUL service, I paid 75,000 colones. Terrible administration, organization, work, service. The please dilute a product ??? Better not do promotions !! Because for more promotion, it is still a lot of money for which I work and I do not like to give it away.
