Good laundry service, my clothes were returned soft and clean but it was pretty expensive. 6600C for a load of laundry (washing and drying) up to 5kg. They weigh the laundry before washing so make sure your clothes are dry. Also be prepared to pay up front.

Good service, I was very happy with the quality of the clean. But you pay seperately for washing and drying. You pay the same fee up to 5kg, so it's better to bring a larger load. One of the more expensive places I went to during my stay in Costa Rica.

Clothes washed, dried, and folded within a few hours for a reasonable price. Very convenient when on a long trip and I was running out of clean clothes.

I'm a horrible tourist. When I say that I mean that I have very little situational awareness when walking into a business. So! Learn from my mistakes. Aqua Matic Lavanderías is not like the coin operated laundry mats that you may be used to. The primary service is drop of laundry, and it is so much better than the job of collecting coins, buying detergent, etc. That being said, you should not walk up to a machine and try to use it on your own. Instead, you should speak with one of the very nice attendants at the desk that you will see upon walking into the business. I dropped of my close on Tuesday at 12pm for each of the weeks that I was in Jacó. At drop of you will be asked whether you want lavar (wash), secar (dry), and the number of loads that you would like for your wash (juntos will mean that it is fine to wash everything together). I paid for my services by Visa card and my clothes were folded, bagged and ready by 2pm (I was told that I cold pick up any time after 2pm so long as I arrived back at the Lavandería before close). My clothes always had a nice sent and soft feel, and I really value Aqua Matic for their services.

Clothes were cleaned and folded in around two hours, good service.
