Amancio's Pizza

DO! NOT! EAT! HERE! I would give it zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalled by the OWNER or MANAGER (she refused to give a name) of this awful restaurant. If you are looking for a nice restaurant to enjoy a nice meal and some wine without judgement, then this should be your last choice for it. The pizza was decent, but when we asked for chicken on the pizza the waiter immediately began giving is attitude. After eating the pizza and sipping on some drinks a couple of people from my party decided to take a look at the gift shop right next door. As soon as someone saw that they left, a woman in a tank top and shorts told us, verbatim, “We need to get our things because we have other people waiting, so you need to leave”. Mind you this was after an hour and a half and after paying $120 worth of drinks and food. We all just assumed she was an owner or a manger, but it was hard to tell due to her lack of professionalism. After someone from my party inquired about this comment she continued to harass us about not knowing what it’s like to run a business rather than explaining her reasoning and she REFUSED to apologize. We had dropped it and said best of luck with this goodbye, and she stood right next to someone from my party and began to SCREAM IN HER FACE. She kept screaming how we need to leave, and how we don’t understand how a business is run. We may not know how to run a business but at least we aren’t the ones screaming at paying customers. We have travelled for 20+ years in many different countries and we have NEVER experienced any restaurant like this. Whoever you are lady, take a refresher course on customer service, you desperately need it.

Excellent Italian! Had the Pescado de la Siciliano and the Pizza Caprese. Both were very good and everything was fresh and reasonable! Coming back soon!

Best meatballs ever... great service

Very poor service, they didn’t want to be there waiting on us, and because of that we suffered. Food was mediocre. My wife had gnocchi that was obviously not made fresh, in house. Served in a pet dish like dish. I had the pasta with prosciutto in sauce. They passed of thick sliced, fatty smoked bacon as prosciutto. Right as our meals were delivered I asked for a glass of red.... never showed up. They never asked how our meal was. Never will we go back there and we do not recommend this place.

Food was a 4.5, service was a 1. We got a pizza and pasta, and both were delicious. On walking in, we were told to sit anywhere, but then had to flag a waiter down 10 minutes after sitting to even get menus. Our waiter took our order, but never brought my water, and we didn't see him again until we flagged him down to get the check. All of the refills and other service we got was provided by one of the bus boys.
