We bought a base for a toilet and the pear was deformed, when we installed it of course it did not work, when we returned to report the problem, they blatantly told us that these parts always come deformed from the factory and that they are not responsible. Terrible customer service and leaves a lot to say to sell things that do not work if they already know that they are bad from the factory.
