Hello, at the beginning they answered me the next day and I have been a week (the day I put this) waiting to be answered and they have not answered my question people are very friendly but please improve customer service and I still hope that answer me.

My cat came with fungus and unfortunately this is something common in this place, because my veterinarian knew the name of the cattery without having to tell her and knowing that my cat had fungus. He ended up hitting my cat and me and it has cost us at least a year and I have been trying to get out of this problem with the fungus. I just hope that before buying animals in this place, you take my comment into account
