Pedro was great. He arrived to repair our washing machine when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem, and repaired a relay on the circuit board to get the machine running again while we wait for a new circuit board to be delivered. He is billing properly with the new invoicing system and the 13% tax and his billing was more than fair considering he has an hour's drive from his shop to get to our house.
