HUGE SERVICE AND ZERO ADVICE. Take a moment to see what they offer on simple alternative phones. And two pseudo salesmen wanted to sell me the most expensive phones, I indicated that I am NOT already a high-end phone and I only need a cheap one. To which they go in an indolent way with a tantrum. These "sellers" have the usual terrible custom in Costa Rica. They know absolutely nothing about customer service and advice. They could perfectly have said something - of course we do have this or that basic model available and give good advice but insolence prevailed. Gentlemen commercial management group Monge. Give them a mandatory, crash course in human relations and customer service. Learn from Best Buy and other US stores, where they DO know about service and advice. Conclusion I will make the purchase on the internet
Malo el problema es cuando se daña un articulo duran demasiado para dar repuesta y uno necesitando el articulo ojalá tomen en cuenta esto mejoren esto.
