I am very grateful to have a fully equipped gym located in Samara. It's open 6 days per week, it has good membership prices and they sell many supplements that are difficult to find in this part of Costa Rica. The owner, Sylvan is always available to help with your workout or if you need a spot.

I've always been a fan of the rust and dust "old school" gyms. Those are usually the ones I gravitate to. Lacking a few things, but I think with a little more attention this could be an amazing place. Anyone I've encountered in the facility has been warm and welcoming. The 2 negatives I'll give is the water situation, which isnt a deal breaker for me but should have a water cooler and second and my biggest problem is not having someone to cover a shift on Sunday. I really enjoy coming here and live here and would love to see some equipment upgrades, nothing crazy or fancy needed, just a chest fly that works and some general maintenance would be nice. I'D BE WILLING TO PUT MY MONEY WHERE MY MOUTH IS AND GO HALVES ON ANY AND ALL EQUIPMENT UPGRADES. Like I said, this place could be amazing.....just needs a few touch ups. Thanks, Pat

A great little gym in Samara. Really well managed, clean and has all the equipment needed for complete workouts. The members are polite, respectful, and considerate. Good vibes.

So glad to find a gym with weights in Samara. It had everything I need. Very friendly staff and locals. Nice gym!
