THIEVES!! I took my SUV in for regularly scheduled maintenance. They showed me parts from another vehicle and said that I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. When i agreed they only did the front ones but charged me for all four. When I asked to see the old parts, they could not produce them and claimed that they had already been thrown away. They told me that I needed to replace a battery WHICH WAS ONLY A YEAR OLD! I asked them to reattached the rear license plate holder which had come loose and instead they insisted upon trying to sell me a completely new rear mount for $400. When I refused and asked them to simply screw the old one back on, they refused to do the work! They replaced wiper blades without asking me and then wouldn't take them off of my bill. The list of frauds that they commited against me is too long to list. In the end my $150 regular maintenance with oil and filter change ballooned up to $800! I would NEVER trust them with my car again.

New installations. Near the hospital an on the main highway from Ciudad Quesada going north. Good service and can get any Toyota vehicle available.
