I booked a tour for 8 days with this company and it was a fantastic experience; I highly recommend/encourage visitors book any tours via Best of Costa Rica. They were engaged, professional and available all time (7x24!); transports were precisely on time; accommodation very good standard; organised tours with professional and skilled local guides. Very good value for money - Costa Rica is per se not a cheap country, but I would have paid a similar price if I would do it by my own. Moreover, I meet fantastic people and had great conversation!

Carlos was our tour guide, and was very passionate, and knowledgeable. We have been so impressed by the kindness of the people of Costa Rica! Pura Vida!!

We did a 2 week trip organized by them and it was spectacular. From minute one cared about every detail of the trip out well. Good organization, good hotels ... Definitely would repeat them! Super recommended!

I detail below what I evaluated in the 10 days of my vacation in this country, the places chosen Tortuguero, Arenal, Monteverde, Quepos (beaches) and San Jose everything they offer you is unforgettable, very compliant, and I also highlight the good predisposition of the guides that kindly were good communicators, lod transfers in din schedule no inconvenience either with the drivers, very satisfied, the hotel in the places that Best offered us, first and last Costa Rica proposes you to vacation in a different way, Vegetation, animals, different sports, beach, catamarans, etc. Greetings to the entire BEST team for their great performance and attention FLIA CERVELLI

My experience with this company has not been good at all, to start in the coach they call you on the phone to sell you excursions, they don't even wait for you to arrive at the hotel, and the last leg of the trip has been worthwhile, for not meeting the expectations, three days locked in a complex 35 minutes drive from the nearest town, with only room and breakfast and to finish the check out at 12 and did not pick us up until 6 in the afternoon they finally got us 4 hours of courtesy in the room Even so, they pick us up at 4 in the afternoon and at 5.15 at the airport, when the flight left at 1.45 in the morning, more than 8 hours at the airport, and if we add the transfer in Bogota to Barcelona destination, we have total Lost a whole day. We do not recommend
